We use OpenAI's services to process certain user data for AI-powered features. When you interact with our AI features, your queries and relevant data may be processed by OpenAI in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service. We have implemented appropriate safeguards and data minimization practices when sharing data with OpenAI, and only share what is necessary for the functioning of the AI features.
The data processed by our AI systems remains subject to the same privacy and security protections outlined in this policy. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that would have legal or similarly significant effects on you without appropriate safeguards.
We use the information we collect to:

We may share your information in the following circumstances:
We may share your information when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf, such as hosting providers, payment processors, and customer support services. These third parties are contractually bound to use personal information only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
When you use our group collaboration features, your name, profile information, and content you share within a group will be visible to other members of that group.
We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
The categories of third parties with whom we may share personal information include: cloud service providers, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any third party.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure our data protection measures remain effective and up-to-date.
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. This notification will occur within the timeframe specified by law and will include information about the breach and steps we are taking to address it.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include:

You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information about you.
You may request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances.
You may request that we restrict the processing of your information or object to our processing of your information in certain circumstances.
Where we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
We will respond to your requests regarding your privacy rights within 45 days of receiving your request. If we require additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information as defined under California law. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service solely because you exercised your rights under the CCPA.
To exercise your rights under the CCPA, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Our Platform is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not direct our Platform to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services that you visit or use.
We respect your privacy choices and provide several ways for you to control how your information is used:
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Note that disabling certain cookies may limit your ability to use all features of our Platform.
You can opt out of certain types of tracking on mobile devices by adjusting the settings on your device (such as turning off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret these signals. However, you can use the other opt-out mechanisms described above to control tracking.
We will retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. When you request account deletion, we will immediately and permanently delete all your personal data from our active systems. However, your information may remain in our database backups for up to 30 days after deletion as these backups are maintained by our infrastructure provider.
In determining the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other requirements.
When you request account deletion, your data is immediately removed from active systems and marked for deletion in backups. Specifically, backup systems are purged on a 30-day rolling schedule, meaning all user data will be permanently deleted from all systems no later than 30 days following your deletion request. During this period, your data is not accessible through normal operations. We maintain logs confirming the deletion of your data from all systems, and we do not restore deleted user data from backups. We may retain certain legally required transaction records for compliance purposes and anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms described below:
We encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve any disputes informally.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial. This class action waiver may not be enforceable in all jurisdictions, and local consumer protection laws may supersede this provision where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section precludes you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, or from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
